Context: Among all horse breeds in Argentina, the “Criollo” is the one that grew in the fastest and larger way. It is the only one that covers the whole country in all its length. It produces more than 7500 newborn calves per year, 8000 mothers in service, an amount of more than 900 members, 8000 animals that participate in different kind of competitions and over 130 annual events.
Despite all these important statistics, this breed was in need of fully strategic plan involving communication and marketing in order to reach all audiences.
Strategy
We have built a communication and image plan in order to strengthen the relationship with our partners, spread the breed among the society and attract new sponsors.
